DESCRIPTION
This tour is one of the most preferred by our clients where the travel time within the boat is shortened, where we will have more time to explore the islands both in the Uros (floating Island) and Taquile (recognized by UNESCO as the best weavers of Peru and the world). PROGRAM The tour begins in the city of Puno at 7:10 am with the transfer from your hotel to the port (hotels within the city) where you will take a motor boat, where you will first visit the floating island of Uros. , within the Titicaca national reserve there are around 90 floating islands, but you will visit only two floating islands. On the first island the guide will explain about the way of experiencing culture and / or tradition, later the guide will make a demonstration about the construction of the floating island of the Uros. Afterwards you will have free time to walk around the island, you can take pictures of local people. Later we will go to the second floating island. later we will arrive in 1 hour with 20 minutes to Taquile "the best weavers of Peru" and you will enjoy a pleasant walk of 40 minutes, during this walk you will visit the main square that is 3950 meters above sea level, where you will have time to take pictures, visit the textile store. The guide will explain about the tradition, culture, customs, later you will have the lunch offered by the people of the place. Afterwards, we will return to the other port after notice from the guide, and you will be arriving to the city of Puno at approximately 3:45 p.m.
